Apply & submit forms
Download the entrance application form below, complete them carefully and return them to the school office along with your child’s most recent report card and birth certificate.
Entrance assessment
Your child sits a friendly written assessment in English, Mathematics and General Reasoning, followed by a short conversation with a member of our academic team to understand their interests.
Parent meeting & offer
We invite both parents (or guardians) for a short meeting with the Head of School. If we’re the right fit, an offer of admission and fee schedule follow within seven working days.

Academic records
Most recent two terms' report cards from your child's current school.
Identification
Birth certificate plus two recent passport photographs of the student.
Medical history
Completed Medical Form, immunisation record, and any relevant medical notes.

We accept applications all year for both JSS and SSS, but the main intake window is January to May for the September academic year. Mid-year transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We admit fresh students into JSS1 and accept transfer students into JSS2, JSS3, SS1 and SS2. SS3 admissions are limited and reviewed individually.
Fees are paid termly. The fee schedule, payment plans and what’s included (uniforms, books) are shared in writing during the parent meeting.
Yes — limited need-based and merit-based scholarships are available each session. Ask the admissions office for the current criteria when you apply.
